Not new, but new to us...
Join us on Sunday September 15, 2019 as we celebrate our new home. After nearly nine months in transition, God has blessed us with this great facility. We will continue to meet at 115 W. 3rd Street through September 8th. See the Map page.
Country Charm, Spiritual Relevance
Originally built as St. Peter's Catholic Church in 1908, this venerable building has had a number of churches call this their home for more than a century. We at Calvary are blessed to be able to hang out our sign, having what we believe to be a God-given vision to use this historic site in broadening our reach to Newberg and the surrounding communities - for the glory of our God and King.
Our services are casual, family-focused and last about an hour and a half. We begin with praise and worship through music, then continue our worship through studying the Bible verse-by-verse with an emphasis on applying His Word in practical ways to our lives.
We believe in 'keeping it real' - and are intentional in steering clear of man-made religion as we respond to God's grace with genuine love towards Him, and towards one another.
We also love kids! Our Sunday gatherings include youth ministries geared for toddlers through teens.
